The short version: We collect your email address when you sign up for our free guide. We use it to send you the guide and to let you know when new guides launch. We don't sell your data. Ever. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Who We Are
KubiTrek is operated by Jeremy and Ellen Kubicek, based in St. Louis, Missouri. We create honest, documentation-backed RV travel guides for families. You can reach us at jeremy@kubitrek.com.
What Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to send you the guides you asked for:
- Email address — required to deliver your free guide and send future communications
- First name — optional, used to personalize emails
- RV journey stage — optional, helps us send more relevant content
We do not collect or store payment card information. Paid guide purchases are processed through Payhip, a secure third-party platform. Payhip's privacy policy is available at payhip.com/privacy.
How We Use Your Information
We use your email address to:
- Deliver the free Midwest Summer Loop guide you requested
- Notify you about new guides in the KubiTrek series and subscriber pricing
- Occasionally share relevant RV planning tips and KubiTrek updates
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than communicating directly with you about KubiTrek guides.
Email Platform
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email list and send communications. Your email address is stored on Brevo's servers. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
We Never Sell Your Data
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll be removed from our list immediately. You can also email us directly at jeremy@kubitrek.com and we'll remove you manually within 24 hours.
Cookies
Our site uses minimal cookies. We may use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors find and use the site — page views, traffic sources, and similar aggregate data. We do not use cookies to track individual behavior for advertising purposes.
Children's Privacy
KubiTrek is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Unsubscribe from our email list at any time
